I am on staff at JuJu and want to personally say hello to you!

JuJu aims to create a friendly, respectful atmosphere where strangers can meet each other and exchange conversation, letters, culture, memories, and beyond. We hope many friends that meet online here can also one day meet each other in person and share their stories with other JuJu members. =)

However, that being said, we strongly urge all JuJu members to be cautious when dealing with other users. Please NEVER give out your email address, phone number, or personal information like your home address. This is foolish and sometimes even dangerous until you get to know somebody very, very well. Perhaps you should only consider meeting someone or exchanging other information after you have been chatting together for a long time. (Really, its not necessary many times, because JuJu has a high-quality message system and chat system!)

If you ever notice somebody harassing another user or being disrespectful, please flag their activity immediately and our staff will investigate all reports as soon as possible. We want every user here to feel SAFE and WELCOME at all times.

If you have any feedback or suggestions for our site, please post here in the forum. We take all feedback and suggestions to heart and will seriously consider all input and opinions.

If you have a private matter or business proposition you would like to discuss with JuJu, then please use the Contact Us page instead of posting on the public forum boards.

Additionally all users should regularly review our Terms of Service to keep up to date with our community's rules and regulations. At JuJu we strongly respect your privacy (Privacy Policy) and allow users to delete their account at anytime.
