We want JuJu to be a safe place that you can trust, and where you have full control over your information and privacy. Therefore we want to post this topic with more information about deleting your JuJu account.

If you want to delete your JuJu account because somebody is annoying you or harassing you, please contact our staff immediately. We are very strict about harassment and will ban users who are being rude to others. Also, if there is something about JuJu that you don't like, please tell us! We welcome all feedback and would love a chance to help your experience improve before you decide to delete your account and leave us!

At this time, we ask that any user who wants their account deleted to please contact JJ directory. You will need to add him as a friend, and then send him your cancelation request via PM. Also, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR REASON FOR DELETION! If you can follow this, it will help the process to be quick and easy, and will help our team keep better track of everything.

Please realize that when our staff deletes your account, all of your information will be GONE FOREVER. This includes all of your photos, blog posts, forum posts, groups that you created, discussion posts, and more. Your email address and username will also be completely deleted from our system - there will be no further record of your existence.

We just want to be very honest and clear with everyone so we provide this summary for you.

More than anything, we hope that you won't delete your JuJu account though! Haha.
